The Board Manual is a compilation of basic principles that provide guidance and direction for the roles, responsibilities, and management of the working relationship between the Board of Directors and the Board The Commissioners in managing the Company are based on the principles of corporate law, as stipulated in the Company Law, applicable laws and regulations, including regulations in the Capital Market sector, the Company's Articles of Association, and GCG best practices. With the guidance of the Board Manual, it is hoped that the performance of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors will be more effective and efficient.
