In 2021, the Company does not have a policy of paying dividends to shareholders. Based on Law no. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, shareholders are authorized to determine the dividend policy to be given through the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). Where one thing that needs to be considered is the fulfillment of the Company's obligations to third parties and without neglecting the health level of the Company. In the Company's position as a public company, the decision to distribute dividends will be decided at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
